Student Feedback

"I really love this program, and I think it really sets us up for success. I would do it over a million times."

"For us being the first group, it was well planned and organized. During our excursions, we learned so much, and it was more hands-on."

"By transporting their fall semester from the Blacksburg Campus to the Steger Center in Riva San Vitale, students gain knowledge, intercultural skills, and connect with the community through regular courses, field trips, excursions, and outings not available here. The perspective gained and the real-time integration of knowledge, experience, and activities outside of the classroom as they relate to food and health at this stage in their program is irreplaceable."
