Explore Swiss culture, cuisine, food production, health, nutrition, and agriculture via place-based learning opportunities and required courses that count towards your degree progress.

This program will take place in a gorgeous Italian-speaking area in southern Switzerland full of culture, glacial lakes, and alpine peaks. You'll visit sustainable farms, wineries, culinary food labs, and creameries, and spend your weekends on recreational excursions discovering what else central Europe has to offer!
